PROFESSIONAL RACE SHOP
The KHR facility features a working garage, finish garage, motor room, parts storage area, sales counter, wash bay, two-level showroom and offices. Built in 2001, the five acre facility has 11,000 square feet under roof and more than 200 feet of State Highway 157 frontage.  KHR is located at 1398 State Highway 157, Oil City, PA 16301

Currently the 'showroom' half of the facility is rented to an excellent tenant while the working garage area is being used as temporary storage for Timber Lake Lodge furnishings during construction.
